Strong Business Flavour
The HKTDC Food Expo 2012 is a long-standing popular event at which buyers can get a taste for the latest in food ideas to add new flavour to their food business. The 2011 event featured nearly 900 exhibitors from 19 countries and regions. The 2012 event features Japan as a first-time partner country.

Trade Bites
The Trade Hall is a dedicated zone for the food trade business. Exhibitors within this hall are grouped into pavilions to help visitors locate the specialities they are interested in. The 2011 event included pavilions from Japan, Korea, Mexico and the Philippines. |
Public Tastes
The Public Hall is the place where exhibitors build brand awareness and fairgoers can get a feel for tastes that appeal to their target markets. One of its highlights is the Premium Food Zone, a showcase for branded food and beverage products such as Chewy, Comvita, CR Ng Fung, Hoi Tin Tong, Hsin Tung Yang, Kee Wah, KOFCO, Lee Kum Kee, Maxim, MEYER, NINJIOM, Nissin, Sau Tao, Tai Pan, Tao Ti Tea Series, Tung Chun, Wing Wah and Vita Green. |
Refined Palate
The Gourmet Zone is a special section dedicated to luxury food and beverages from different countries and regions. This section makes a welcome return to the 2012 fair with its fine selection of delicacies from around the world. Tailor-made events such as cooking demonstrations by star chefs, talks, forums and games add to the appeal of this zone. |
Side Dishes
The HKTDC Hong Kong International Tea Fair and the International Conference & Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products, both of which run from 16-18 August, offer opportunities to expand business into related areas.
