Trade Hall Public Hall Noodles & Pasta Zone
The Trade Hall is the place for food and beverage industry professionals to meet with suppliers and manufacturers.
The Public Hall is open to the public and now includes exhibitors from outside Hong Kong.
It also features the Premium Food Zone, for special gastronomic treats.
The new Noodles & Pasta Zone is a major highlight of the Expo. It includes a wide range of noodle and pasta items and features mouth-watering cooking demonstrations.
